Full description of the position

* Identify and reach out to potential clients in the property industry to generate new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. * Track and report on sales performance and client interactions using CRM tools. * Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
