Landscape Designer / Salesperson (Residential & Commercial) Location: Southampton, NJ Compensation: $40,000- $60,000 + Uncapped Commission (based on experience)Employment Type: Full-Time We are an established and growing design-build landscaping company seeking a Landscape Designer / Salesperson who thrives in a sales-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently meet with clients, sell landscape solutions, and turn opportunities into signed projects. This is a sales-focused position with design responsibilities. What You 'll Do: * Meet with residential and commercial clients for on-site consultations * Identify client needs, budgets, and timelines and recommend appropriate landscape solutions * Create and present landscape designs, concepts, and detailed proposals * Actively close sales and secure signed contracts * Follow up on warm leads and manage your sales pipeline * Upsell enhancements such as lighting, irrigation, hardscapes, and maintenance services * Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff * Maintain accurate CRM and proposal tracking Who We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in landscape sales, design-build, construction sales, or related field * Strong closing and negotiation skills * Comfortable selling projects ranging from $5,000-$150,000 * Confident presenter with excellent communication skills * Working knowledge of landscape design principles and materials * Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Pro Landscape, SketchUp, or similar) preferred * Self-starter who can manage time, appointments, and follow-ups effectively * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer: * Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission * Consistent flow of qualified leads * High average project values * Support from experienced design, estimating, and installation teams * Long-term growth and advancement opportunities * Flexible schedule with performance-based autonomy If you enjoy selling creative solutions , building client relationships, and closing high-value landscape projects, this position offers significant earning potential and career growth.
