We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to support growth across metro Detroit, MI(Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Macomb County). Technology and tools that streamline your work so you can focus on people, not paperwork. * What You 'll Do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral partners. * Represent The Care Team Hospice as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the community. * Develop creative outreach and territory strategies to grow census and expand brand awareness. * Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience. Stay informed about local market trends, referral patterns, and competitive positioning. * What We 're Looking For: * Someone active and connected in the metro Detroit medical community, with a natural talent for networking. * Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, nursing, or social work preferred (1+ years). * Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. * A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Compensation: Base salary + Commission role. Base salary is $60K+.
