Excel Test will be needed to pass Sales Support is the foundation of the Sales team's daily functioning. We are seeking for passionate individuals who are strategic problem solvers, and are enthusiastic about partnering with sales to provide solutions to help them sell. While working with clients and analyzing data, this person will strive to maintain the highest level of service to Sales. This is a fast-moving environment and the candidate should be able to manage multiple priorities from our clients, our customers, and our team. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual. EDUCATION and SKILLS: Bachelor degree preferred. Detail oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as team oriented and sales support focused. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support o Order samples o Create sell sheets, new item forms and sales reports o Assist in preparation of presentations, business reviews, seasonal books, seasonal spreadsheets o Update Sharepoint with client information Manufacturer Support o Become involved in planning & forecasting in portals o Promotional activity on management on client portals Lindt, Living Essentials & PIM TPM o Deduction management - customer and client portals Pulling back up from Rite Aid & Giant Eagle's portals. Requesting back up from Weis Clearing Deductions from Lindt, Ghirardelli, Living Essentials & PIMs TPMs o Fund management Customer Support (Wholesalers/Retailers) o New Item Set Up - enter in customer portals (STEP) and fill out excel forms where applicable o Promotion Management Enter on customer portals * Periscope for Albertsons Mid-Atlantic * Demandtech for Albertsons, The Giant Company and Giant Foods * Aptaris for Weis * SVHarbor for UNFI Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
