Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains and usage, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs - Provide detailed information on various strains, potency, and effects - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Process transactions accurately using a cash register - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

- Experience in retail or customer service roles such as grocery store, jewelry sales, or technical sales - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with cash register operations - Knowledge of different cannabis strains and products is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
