Continue to seek out new customer partnerships to increase sales within the King, Pierce, Whatcom, Skagit, Kitsap, Thurston, and Snohomish County areas. Position 's Key Responsibilities: * Call customers on a regular basis to establish a good working relationship, enhance sales and satisfy customers' need to gain future sales. * Maximize market share by maintaining current customer base and gaining new customers by providing excellent sales service. * Gather information from clients to comprehend market demand and market conditions and to use this advantage for potential sales. * Check accounts receivable statements bi-monthly to monitor any customers' past due invoices. * Discuss with the sales staff the necessity to visit past due accounts or work out a schedule of payments with customers to prevent further indebtedness and allow them to continue to order. * Constantly be aware of "critical" items to anticipate shortage of merchandise. * Provide excellent customer service. * Build strong and positive relationships with each customer to enhance sales and keep the business growing. * Resolve customer complaints and/or problems in a timely manner. Asian language proficiency is a plus. * Restaurant management, Marketing and Sales experience preferred. * Excellent customer service. * Basic math skills. * Flexible schedule. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
