Our firm is rapidly expanding to meet client demand in the local area. Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Wireless Sales Trainee. The Wireless Sales Trainee meets with potential consumers within an assigned territory. The core objective of the Wireless Sales Trainee is to enlighten interested customers on our client's current products and services along with new promotional opportunities available. The Wireless Sales Trainee generates, tracks, and assists with meeting sales objectives to ensure we are meeting the goals of our clients. Core Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Trainee: * Proactively deliver quality sales support and customer service for all assigned customer leads by presenting wireless solutions and assisting customers with applicable choices * Ensure the confidentiality and security of consumer data in sales transactions and follow all company and industry regulations * Build strong working relationships with team members, managers, clients, and customers by communicating effectively and collaborating on sales strategies * Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers to grow the clients' customer base within the local territory * Deliver superior customer experiences by providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products and services * Maintain records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and account activity to support proper follow-ups and reporting Wireless Sales Trainee Requirements: * Experience in a related field is preferred but not required * Minimum of 1-2 years of sales and/ or customer service with demonstrated leadership responsibilities * Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and evenings on occasion * Ability to talk with others and convey information in an effective and professional manner * Ability to actively listen; giving full attention to what customers are saying * Ability to take detailed consumer information quickly and accurately * Experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition, or product development is a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,800.00 per year Work Location: In person
