Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving company goals. Responsibilities: * Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media. * Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and product demos to potential clients. * Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, answering inquiries and providing product information. * Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. * Data Entry & CRM Management: Update customer records and track sales activities using our CRM software. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales representatives and managers to refine strategies and meet departmental goals. * Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value to customers. Requirements: * A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, or any other client-facing role is a plus (but not required). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM tools is a bonus.
