Position: Experienced Outside Sales Representative for Commercial Cleaning Company Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service? Maintenance of Houston Inc, a leading provider of commercial cleaning solutions, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: * Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Identify Opportunities: Utilize your knowledge of the cleaning industry to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Generate leads and cold calls and run company-provided appointments * Develop good comprehension of customer base and the segments they serve * Able to discuss issues from multiple perspectives and be comfortable speaking to a broad range * of decision makers and influencers * Sales Strategy: Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to our team and clients * Client Consultations: Conduct on-site consultations to assess facilities and recommend cleaning services that fit our clients' needs * Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. * Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies.
