Customer Experience/Sales Associate -- SweatHouz (Media, PA) Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available About SweatHouz SweatHouz is a modern contrast therapy studio offering infrared saunas, cold plunges, vitamin C showers, and redlight therapy. Our mission is to help people feel, move, and live better through accessible, science-backed wellness. With our newest studio opening in Media, PA, we're building a high- energy team to create exceptional guest experiences and grow our membership community. Role Overview As a Sales Associate at SweatHouz, you are the face of the studio. Your primary focus is creating genuine connections with guests, educating them on our services, and guiding them through membership and package options. You'll play a key role in driving presale momentum, nurturing leads, and building loyal relationships with our members. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment so every guest enjoys a premium experience. What You 'll Do * Greet guests and deliver a warm, personalized studio experience * Educate guests on contrast therapy, recovery benefits, and our service offerings * Drive membership sales through consultative conversation, follow-up, and product knowledge * Manage inbound leads, studio tours, and presale inquiries * Support daily studio operations: check-ins, appointments, guest flow * Perform cleaning duties and studio upkeep, including sanitizing rooms, resetting equipment, laundry, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the studio * Book appointments and assist members with account questions * Represent the SweatHouz brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality * Contribute to a positive, fun, team-focused environment Who You Are * Friendly, confident communicator who loves helping people feel their best * Sales-minded with a natural ability to connect and close * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, wellness-forward environment * Reliable, organized, and proactive * Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or recovery is a plus * Weekend and evening availability preferred What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay + commission on sales * Complimentary studio membership * Opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding brand * Supportive, team-first atmosphere * Training on all studio services, technology, and sales approach Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-the-job training Work Location: In person
