Personal Lines Account Manager-in-Training (Full-Time) Location: 6915 Office Park Cr, Knoxville, TN 37909 Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance | Business Operations | Client Services About the Role We are a locally owned insurance agency seeking a driven, organized, and coachable professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager- in-Training. This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity. We are specifically looking for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn, take ownership, and grow into a management role. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and licensing support. What You 'll Do * Manage and service personal insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.) * Communicate directly with clients by phone, email, and in person * Learn insurance policies and explain coverage clearly and professionally * Handle account changes, renewals, and client requests * Organize workflows, follow-ups, and documentation * Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service * Progress toward independently managing a book of business Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for someone who: * Is motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented * Wants responsibility and ownership early in their career * Communicates clearly and professionally * Enjoys organization and problem-solving * Is looking for a stable, long-term career path, not a short-term role * Is eager to learn and grow within a business Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or associate degree in progress or completed in: * Business * Management * Entrepreneurship * Hospitality Management * Or a related field * Strong organizational and communication skills * Comfortable learning new systems and processes * Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Insurance licensing is required and will be fully supported by our agency.
