Entry level Sales Rep - Kent and Seattle, WA About Brightside Windows Brightside Windows is a regional home-improvement company helping homeowners upgrade to modern, energy-efficient windows. We focus on clear communication, quality products, and a positive customer experience. As we continue to grow in Washington, we are adding Field Outreach Representatives to help connect interested homeowners with our project specialists. Role Overview Entry Level Sales reps support our community outreach and customer education efforts. This role involves speaking with homeowners in assigned areas, sharing information about upgrade programs, and helping schedule consultations for those who want to learn more. What You 'll Do * Visit assigned neighborhoods as part of our outreach team * Provide basic information on energy-efficient window options * Offer to schedule appointments for homeowners who express interest * Record brief notes and update activity logs * Support general outreach and customer service efforts * Work toward weekly goals that guide day-to-day structure What Helps You Succeed * Active driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle * Smartphone for simple reporting and scheduling * Comfortable interacting with homeowners in person * Dependable, positive, and open to training * Able to be on your feet and work outdoors at times Compensation * Training provided * Base pay available when weekly expectations are met * Additional incentive opportunities based on performance * Weekly pay schedule * (Compensation varies by individual results and is discussed in detail during the interview.)
