Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a person of integrity that enjoys sales. You are responsible for sales including but not limited to acting as a bridge between clients and the insurer, identifying needs, recommending coverage, and facilitating policy sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze situations, and a keen understanding of the insurance industry. A TN and GA license in Property and Casuality is requred to begin selling. I can offer assistance in obtaining your license if needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. Duties * Selling and renewing insurance policies: Producers actively seek out new clients and help existing clients renew their policies. * Assessing client needs: They consult with individuals and businesses to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Managing policy updates and payments: They handle policy updates, process payments, and ensure clients' accounts are accurate and current. * Assisting with claims and disputes: Producers guide clients through the claims process and act as a reliable point of contact for any issues or disputes that arise. * Ensuring compliance: They stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all activities comply with state licensing requirements and ethical standards. * Fiduciary responsibility: Producers have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of their clients, prioritizing their needs over personal gain, providing transparent policy details, and avoiding unethical practices. * Explaining policy provisions: They thoroughly explain the details of insurance policies, including terms, conditions, riders, exclusions, and ratings, ensuring clients understand their coverage. * Generating sales: Producers are responsible for generating business for the agency by providing excellent service and presenting attractive insurance options to potential and existing clients. * Building client relationships: They strive to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. * Marketing and networking: Producers employ various marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand their reach, which may include networking and generating referrals. Qualifications * TN and GA license in Property and Casualty * Strong background in insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency is a plus. * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings. * Experience in sales or telemarketing is beneficial but not mandatory. * A strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
