Job Description: As a Brand Ambassador Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads, increase staffing levels, and boost sales. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling pitches and promotions that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales and increase customer acquisition. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns, promotions, and events. * Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth. * Train and motivate retail staff to effectively promote products and capture leads in-store. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation activities, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. * Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in lead generation and retail sales.
