In this position... The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is a key asset to the Market Area, as this role will lead and support initiatives related to each of the core business units; Sales, Ownership, CX, and Network Development. The BDS reports directly to the Regional Manager, while supporting the entire team. This role is seen as a Business Manager for the entire Market Area, an instrumental role to the success and execution of our processes, procedures and objectives.
