Buy Here Pay Here Salesperson / Finance Specialist (Bilingual Required) Location: Houston, TX 77099 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Industry: Automotive - Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) About Us We are a high-volume Buy Here Pay Here automotive dealership in Southwest Houston, focused on structured sales, clean paperwork, strong collections, and long-term customer success. We are not a "quick-flip" car lot -- we operate like a bank with inventory. We are seeking a motivated, professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Salesperson / Finance Specialist who understands BHPH customers , can close deals the right way , and values compliance, accuracy, and follow- through. Position Overview This role combines vehicle sales , customer qualification , and finance documentation. You will work directly with customers from first contact through delivery, ensuring deals are structured correctly and paperwork is complete and compliant. If you are organized, confident with customers, and can explain numbers clearly -- this role can be very rewarding. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in person and by phone/text * Qualify customers for BHPH financing (income, residence, down payment) * Present vehicles and close sales professionally * Structure deals accurately (payments, down payment, term) * Complete finance paperwork and contracts correctly * Work closely with management to ensure compliance * Follow up with customers and maintain CRM notes * Communicate clearly with bilingual customers (English/Spanish) Required Qualifications * Bilingual: English & Spanish (required) * Automotive sales experience preferred * Buy Here Pay Here experience strongly preferred * Strong communication and closing skills * Comfortable discussing payments, down payments, and terms * Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable * Ability to follow processes and compliance guidelines * Valid driver's license Compensation * Base Pay + Commission * Strong earning potential for the right candidate * Performance-based growth opportunity (Compensation discussed in detail during interview) Schedule * Monday - Friday * Saturday availability required * Closed Sundays Why Work With Us * Established dealership with consistent traffic * Structured process -- no chaos * Management that values accuracy and performance * Opportunity to grow into higher responsibility * Long-term career, not just a sales job How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
