This role is essential in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management, with the ability to develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Reliable transportation is necessary for this role. Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals within assigned territories. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns. * Perform cold calling and follow-up communications to convert prospects into customers. * Negotiate agreements and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability for the company. * Provide insights and feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. * Assist in offering additional products or services to enhance customer value. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales or Payroll and HR sales preferred. * Familiarity with account management principles and territory management strategies. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong customer service abilities. * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community. * Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. This position has an initial base salary of $45,000. to $60,000. (Based on Experience)+ $$$Commission.
