Compensation: $92,000 - $123,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims * Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible * Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies * Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business * Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: * Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus * Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills * Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite * Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred * Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus About Company Sherrill Insurance Agency partners with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to market and sell their products.
