Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join ISA Marketing Agency. This role focuses on prospecting, cold calling, nurturing leads, and closing new business across B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate is a true hunter--someone who thrives in outbound sales, takes ownership of their pipeline, and consistently drives revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence in negotiation, and experience managing accounts from initial outreach through close. Responsibilities * Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound emails, and lead follow-ups * Conduct B2B and B2C sales calls to promote ISA's marketing and business services * Qualify inbound and outbound leads and guide prospects through the full sales cycle * Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and customer interactions * Present and explain marketing solutions clearly, focusing on value and results * Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining strong client relationships * Nurture prospects to build trust and long-term partnerships * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts * Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding * Attend networking events, meetings, and presentations as needed * Maintain professional phone etiquette and effective communication at all times * Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or professional services * Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing deals * Experience with B2B and B2C sales environments * Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills * Proficiency with CRM software and sales pipeline management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities * Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team * Professional demeanor with a high level of accountability and resilience Compensation: * Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission * Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50,907.01 - $61,307.37 per year Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77027
