Overview We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across independent Stores and American supermarket chains. This is a union position offering stability, competitive earning potential, and the opportunity to represent trusted brands in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Territory & Account Management * Open, manage, and maintain accounts across independent stores, supermarket chains, and wholesalers. * Monitor inventory levels, damages, credits, slow-moving items, expiring products, and new product launches. * Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and bounced checks while maintaining accurate receivables records. Sales Execution & Merchandising * Submit accurate orders Monday -Friday by 3:00 PM with 48-hour advance notice. * Execute planograms and support new store openings and resets. * Lead in-store initiatives including product samplings, promotions, and grand openings. Customer Relationships & Service * Deliver on all commitments to customers and management with professionalism. * Maintain a polished appearance and professional voicemail on company-issued devices. * Resolve DSD discrepancies promptly; unresolved issues may impact commission earnings. Internal Collaboration * Participate in EMD trade shows, weekly Friday conference calls (3:30 PM), and monthly sales meetings. * Remain flexible during holidays and peak retail seasons (Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Compliance & Operations * Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, conduct, and professionalism. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, promotions, and product lines. * Use the AT&T Workforce Tracking System consistently and accurately.
