Sales & Operations Associate Fog Box - Cigar Accessories Lansdale, PA (In-Office Position) Fog Box is a growing cigar accessory brand specializing in premium travel humidors and lighters. We're looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales & Operations Associate to join our team at our Lansdale, PA location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is excited to be part of a hands-on, growing brand. What You 'll Do * Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings * Build and maintain relationships with retailers, cigar shops, and partners * Assist with product assembly , packing, and inventory management * Help maintain accurate inventory records and organization * Represent Fog Box at events, trade shows, and on-site sales opportunities * Collaborate with the team on sales strategies and customer outreach * Support day-to-day operations as needed What We 're Looking For * Some sales experience required (inside sales, retail, B2B, or similar) * Outgoing personality with confidence on the phone * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office * Ability to work well in a team environment * English proficiency required * Willingness to travel occasionally for events and sales opportunities * Social media experience is a plus , but not required Why Work at Fog Box * Be part of a growing lifestyle brand in the cigar industry * Hands-on role with real impact on the company's success * Opportunity to grow with the business * Casual, team-oriented work environment * Variety in day-to-day responsibilities -- no two days are the same * Salary and commission based structure Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
