Responsibilities: * Master and execute daily operational procedures efficiently. * Greet retail customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide exceptional service. * Educate customers on our client's services, upsell when appropriate, and ensure satisfaction. * Follow up diligently on all customer inquiries and requests. * Meet and exceed sales targets and in-store sales goals. * Help build new business while maintaining strong client relationships. * Collaborate with team members to support all in-office operations. Requirements: * Positive, professional attitude and a strong work ethic. * Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed. * Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for customers. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service. * Ability to work full-time.
