This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting clients face to face, and closing projects with strong earning potential. You do not need to be a trades expert. Learn more at modernedgeconstructionllc.com Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients * Respond to inbound leads and actively pursue new business opportunities * Meet clients on site to understand their project goals * Prepare and present estimates and proposals * Follow up consistently and manage opportunities through close * Coordinate with estimating and operations teams for smooth project handoff * Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools * Represent Modern Edge professionally in all client interactions Qualifications * Minimum two years of sales experience - Construction experience helpful but not required * Strong communication and relationship building skills * Self motivated organized and goal oriented * Comfortable working independently in an outside sales role * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience Benefits * Weekly pay * Competitive base salary plus commission * Performance-based bonuses * Mileage reimbursement * Safety equipment provided * Career growth and advancement opportunities Schedule * Full-Time * Monday-Friday * Occasional weekends based on client needs Work Location * This role requires regular travel to local and regional client sites and project locations.
