Yes * ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY At RAP Real Estate, our Dispositions team is the engine that drives our business forward. As a Sales Investment Closer, you'll be on the front lines selling our real estate investment opportunities, negotiating with real estate investors, and shaping the deals that power our growth. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you'll use data, strategy, and daily coaching to make consistent offers and build a strong pipeline. Individuals with experience in sales, negotiations, and phone-heavy roles tend to excel here -- and the income potential reflects that. Top performers earn well into six figures. * WHAT YOU 'LL DO * Sell contracted properties to active investors through targeted outreach and negotiation * Generate $100,000+ in closed company revenue per month individually * Close 8 -10 assignment deals per week * Conduct investor outreach, including at least 50 buyer/prospect conversations per week * Manage marketing of properties across internal and external disposition channels * Maintain accurate property, buyer, and deal status updates inside the CRM * Coordinate closely with Acquisitions Specialists and the Transaction Coordinator on every deal * Ensure all property details, pricing, and deal notes are accurately entered and maintained * Follow up with buyers quickly and consistently, honoring timelines and commitments * Grow your skillset -- sales, finance, leadership * WHAT YOU'LL GAIN * Earnings : First-year average $93K | Top 20% $160K+ | Long-term top performers $250K+ * Deal Flow : Gain years of transaction experience in just a few months * Learning: In-person coaching + on-demand learning * Tech & Data: Proprietary marketplace and unmatched market intelligence to evaluate investment valuations with confidence * Culture : High-performance, teamwork, and recognition * WHAT WE VALUE You're coachable, kind, and competitive in a healthy way.
