Duties * Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management. * Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and expand market presence. * Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. * Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. * Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. * Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a motivated and high-performing team. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. * Promote a positive company culture focused on excellence in customer service and teamwork.
