Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, while also driving direct sales activities to support revenue growth. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, active customer engagement, and consistent follow-through on opportunities in military, tactical, and outdoor recreation markets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company strategy. * Create and manage content including product literature, website updates, social media, presentations, and trade show collateral. * Conduct market research to monitor trends, assess competitor activity, and identify customer needs and opportunities. * Support sales initiatives through lead generation, customer outreach, proposal development, and relationship management. * Manage a pipeline of prospective customers, track opportunities, and close sales to meet revenue targets. * Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and account management. * Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to leadership. * Represent Climashield at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and on-site visits. * Partner with operations and product development to communicate technical product advantages in a customer-focused manner. * Track and report marketing and sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or business development. * Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets. * Prior exposure to military, tactical, or outdoor recreation industries strongly preferred. * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to travel (20-40%) as required.
