J Bilingual Sales Consultant (English/Spanish) - Trailer Sales | High Commission Job Post (Copy/Paste) Pay: $50,000 - $120,000+ per year (OTE) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Shift: 8-hour shift Rent 2 Own Trailers is hiring a Bilingual Sales Consultant to sell food trailers to entrepreneurs in a high-demand market. This role is for closers --you'll work inbound leads, run appointments, and manage deals end-to-end. Training Ramp: This role includes a 90-day training guarantee (base pay during ramp). After 90 days, compensation transitions to commission-only, uncapped. What You'll Do * Respond to inbound web leads and phone calls * Qualify prospects and set appointments (phone + in-person) * Present trailer options and guide customers through our Rent-2-Own and purchase process * Follow a proven sales process from first contact to close * Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CRM * Coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and customer experience Compensation (High-Level) * 90-day training guarantee (base pay during ramp) * After 90 days: commission-only, uncapped * Commission starts at $850 per approved sale (approved + complete deal file) * Additional performance incentives available (per-deal bonuses + weekly volume incentives) * Top performers earn $80K -$120K+ OTE Requirements (Non-Negotiable) * Bilingual: English + Spanish (Required) * 2+ years of sales experience (Required) Preferred: auto/equipment/RV/trailer or other commission-driven sales * Strong phone and in-person communication skills * Strong follow-up habits, time management, and organization * Comfortable with performance-based compensation after training * Reliable attendance and professionalism Apply today if you're disciplined, competitive, and ready to close.
