Job Overview Stop chasing small checks and start setting high-spread investment deals. We are looking for a hungry, outbound-focused sales pro who isn't afraid to knock on a door, pick up the phone, and build the immediate trust necessary to win in the probate space. Our firm is a Seattle powerhouse with 20+ years of stability , a high BBB rating , and leadership with 40+ years of experience in everything from development to creative financing. We need an elite Appointment Setter to help us capture even more of the market. You create the opportunity; our senior sales team closes the deal. Your Role & Responsibilities Your job is to identify, qualify, and set the stage. The goal is 1 qualified appointment per day. * Field Prospecting & Door Knocking: Conduct strategic in-person outreach to probate leads; you must be comfortable navigating face-to-face introductions to identify motivated sellers. * Lead Research & Outreach: Use our database and online tools to identify opportunities and initiate contact via phone and digital channels. * Relationship Initiation: Qualify leads based on motivation and situation, then bridge the gap to a set appointment for our closing team. * CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time notes in our CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the senior reps. The Schedule & Expectations * Peak Performance Hours: The best hours for connection are 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. * Weekend Requirement: At least one weekend day per week is required to reach homeowners when they are most available. * Commitment: A minimum of 25 hours per week is required but most high performers commit 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,289.10 - $56,219.13 per year Benefits: * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seattle, WA 98109Pacific Property Investments Seattle
