Marketing & Sales Associate Location: 2611 NE 125th St Suite 90 Seattle, WA 98125 Job Type: Part-time (20-25 hours/week) Pay: From $25 per hour + Monthly Bonus Work Location: In person About Us Dr. Darshana's Pelvic PT is a specialized physical therapy clinic in Seattle dedicated to orthopedic and pelvic health care for people who want answers, not guesswork. We work with patients who are used to managing full lives and high expectations--but whose bodies need a smarter, more individualized plan. As our clinic continues to grow, we're now looking for a Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team and help us connect more people with the care they deserve. Job Summary We're seeking a motivated, people-loving team member to lead our marketing and outreach efforts while supporting clinic operations. You'll help create community partnerships, manage leads, post engaging social media content, and ensure our patients have a top-tier experience. Responsibilities Marketing & Outreach * Post, engaging content daily on Instagram and Facebook (posts, stories, polls) * Engage with 15-20 potential new patients each day * Coordinate monthly community/marketing engagement workshops and events * Conduct local field marketing to build partnerships and referral sources * Create and distribute marketing materials to build community and brand awareness * Follow up with potential new patients in a timely manner with different platforms (via phone call, email, facebook messenger, ig dm etc) Sales & Communication * Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, inquiries etc in a timely manner, showing professionalism * Effectively follow up with missed calls, appointment inquiries, and new patient leads * Handle objections and questions about the clinic and our treatment, confidently * Reach out to patients to confirm appointments, intake form completion, re-scheduling, handling cancellations, and booking new evaluations Clinic Support * Greet all patients and provide new patient tours * Keep clinic organized, clean, and fully stocked daily * Maintain handouts, product samples, and marketing materials * Support patient engagement through the clinic's exercise app and membership updates Qualifications * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to multitask efficiently * Ability to be flexible and pivot if necessary * Experience in digital marketing and/or sales preferred * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools * Familiarity with Go High Level (CRM) or Jane (EMR) a plus * Experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus, but not required Schedule * Monday to Friday * 4-8 hour shifts Benefits * Monthly bonus opportunities * Supportive, team-focused work culture * Professional growth in marketing, sales, and healthcareIn-person, hands-on role making a real impact Requirements * Must be able to reliably commute or relocate near 2611 NE 125th St Suite 90 Seattle, WA 98125 before starting work * Travel might be required for events How to Apply Apply today to be part of a growing, passionate team that's making a difference in people's lives.
