Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Relations Representative to join our team, ICO Dental Group, in Greater Philadelphia Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental lab cases or chairside services to our existing/potential dentist customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys building relationships and meeting sales targets. Duties: - Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold visit travel required) networking events, and online platforms - Present and demonstrate our lab cases or services to prospective dentists - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, customer relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Personal car and valid driver's license - Remote work with occasional office visits - Experience in dental assisting or familiarity with dental office operations is a plus but not required - Second language is a plus but not required We offer competitive compensation packages.
