Inside/Outside Sales Coordinator - Vinyl Wraps & Graphics Location:Knoxville, TN Compensation: $18 - $26 per hour (based on experience) and/or performance incentives/profit sharing Company Vehicle Provided (for business use) AZRag Installations & Print Services, a 3M Certified Shop specializing in vehicle wraps, signage, and graphic installations, is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator (Inside & Outside) to drive new business and support existing accounts. This role combines outbound calling and office-based support with in-person visits to customers and prospects. You'll be talking to business owners, fleet managers, and marketing teams about wraps, signage, and branded graphics and helping guide them from first contact to finished project. Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $18 - $26 per hour, depending on experience in vinyl install/signage/graphics or related industries - Incentives: Performance-based bonuses (to be defined by sales closed, new accounts, or monthly targets) Benefits: - Healthcare coverage - Paid Time Off (PTO) - 5-day work week (minimum 40 hours per week; some overtime as needed) - Company Vehicle: Provided for outside sales and client visits (clean driving record required) What You 'll Do: Inside Sales & Prospecting (Roughly 50%) - Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to targeted prospects (fleets, contractors, service companies, franchises, local businesses, etc.). - Qualify leads, gather key info (number of vehicles, locations, branding needs, decision-makers), and set appointments/site visits. - Prepare and send basic quotes and proposals using established pricing structures and templates. - Follow up on open quotes and recent jobs to encourage repeat work and referrals. - Keep the CRM or project management system (e.g., [please apply online] updated with activities, notes, and next steps. Outside Sales & Account Visits (Roughly 50%) - Visit prospects and existing customers in a provided company vehicle to: - Introduce our services and capabilities - Take photos/measurements when needed for wraps and signage - Review proofs, materials, and samples in person - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Attend scheduled meetings, site visits, and occasional networking events as needed. - Represent AZRag professionally in the field and act as the link between the customer and our design/production/installation teams. Experience: - 1-3+ years in sales (inside, outside, or hybrid), customer service, or account management. - Experience in vinyl wraps, signage, print, or related industries is a strong plus , but not strictly required if you're willing to learn the technical side. Driving Record: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for use of company vehicle). Skills & Traits: - Comfortable making outbound calls and visiting customers in person. - Strong verbal and written communication; professional, confident, and personable. - Organized and disciplined with follow-up; able to manage a pipeline of leads and active accounts. - Basic understanding of a sales funnel (prospecting -> quoting -> closing -> repeat business). - Self-motivated, persistent, and coachable. Familiarity with: - CRM or project management tools (e.g., [please apply online] HubSpot, Salesforce) - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) - Any hands-on knowledge of vehicle wraps, large-format printing, or signage (even if not in a sales role). Work Schedule: - Full-time role, minimum 40 hours per week. - Typical core schedule (e.g., 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 5 days per week), with flexibility to adjust hours for customer meetings, site visits, or events as needed. - Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or accommodate client schedules.
