Duties * Engage with potential clients to understand their land needs and preferences through proactive communication and personalized consultations * Promote available land parcels through various channels, including direct outreach, networking events, and digital platforms * Provide detailed information about land features, zoning regulations, development potential, and purchase procedures to assist clients in making informed decisions * Negotiate terms and prices with buyers to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and transparency * Coordinate site visits, inspections, and follow-up meetings to facilitate smooth transaction processes * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities using our CRM system * Collaborate closely with the sales team and land development specialists to identify new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within real estate or land sales environments * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information * Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to outreach and client engagement * Knowledge of local land markets, zoning laws, and development potential is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided * Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented setting * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently Join us as a Land Salesperson and be part of an energetic team dedicated to transforming land opportunities into successful realities.
