Our culture encourages accountability, and we believe in lifting each other to achieve collective success. *Customer Service & Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with business owners and managers in a friendly, professional manner to build immediate rapport. * Act as a brand expert, presenting and selling Verizon's industry-leading products and services to potential clients. * Build and nurture client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service. * Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation and client referrals. * Provide tailored solutions and packages that align with each client's unique business needs and budget. * Track daily sales activities and outcomes to contribute to team and company-wide goals. * Attend regular team meetings to discuss performance, share best practices, and strategize for future success. * Offer exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. Customer Service & Sales Associate Qualifications: * Prior experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment. * Knowledge of telecommunications or technology products. * A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. * Outstanding communication skills, both in person and written. * A relentless work ethic and the drive to achieve ambitious goals. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
