Responsibilities * Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to deliver customized solutions. * Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand the client portfolio. * Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. * Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate records within Salesforce or other CRM platforms. * Provide ongoing account management support, addressing client inquiries promptly and proactively resolving issues. * Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning and enhance service offerings. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within a technology or related industry. * Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling and effective communication. * Demonstrated success in sales or technical sales roles, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth. * Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines. * Will work with QuickBooks and book keeping to keep track on the payment and expense fillings. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights for strategic decision-making. * Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration across teams and foster a customer-centric approach.
