This is your opportunity to build a career with an earning potential of $200,000 - $300,000+ per year. We are looking for well-spoken, down-to-earth "people persons" to join our sales team. Your role is to meet with homeowners who have already contacted us, educate them on our waterproofing and foundation solutions, and close the sale. No sales experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive, paid training to teach you our proven system. Responsibilities (What You'll Do) * Travel to pre-set, qualified appointments in customers' homes. * Conduct thorough basement and foundation inspections. * Educate the homeowner on our findings and present the products/services that will solve their problems. * Build trust and rapport to help the customer make an informed decision. * Represent the Everdry brand with professionalism and integrity. Requirements * No sales experience required--we will train the right person. * You must be coachable, trainable, and a positive team player. * A strong ability to relate to people, build trust, and communicate clearly. * A motivated, driven personality with a desire to earn a high income. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Must be able to pass a background check. Benefits * Earning Potential: $200,000 - $300,000+ (Commission-based) * Pay Structure: Commission-based pay with a guaranteed base pay to start (during training). * Leads: NO PROSPECTING.
