Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Residential Water Softener Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a mix of lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, and in-home sales presentations. The right candidate is a people-person with strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a desire to grow with a company that treats its team like family. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, community engagement, and local networking. * Conduct in-home appointments and water testing demonstrations. * Educate homeowners on water quality issues and present customized water softener solutions. * Build strong customer relationships with a consultative sales approach. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Track leads, appointments, and sales activities in CRM systems. * Represent the dealership professionally at all times in appearance, conduct, and communication. Qualifications * Previous experience in residential sales, direct sales, or door-to-door sales preferred (but not required). * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow up with leads. * Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face customer interactions. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. * High school diploma or equivalent; some college or sales training preferred.
