NutriCuerpo Houston is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing medical weight-loss team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results- driven environment and is passionate about helping clients transform their health. Key Responsibilities: * Convert inbound leads into consultations and memberships * Educate clients on our medical weight-loss programs and services * Follow up with potential and existing clients via calls, texts, and CRM * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs * Maintain accurate client records and sales notes * Collaborate with providers and wellness coaches to ensure a seamless client experience * Represent the NutriCuerpo brand with professionalism and confidence Requirements : * Bilingual(English & Spanish) - REQUIRED * Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) * Strong closing skills and objection handling * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working with phone, text, and CRM systems * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable * Medical, wellness, or service-based sales experience preferred (but not required) What We Offer: * Competitive base pay + uncapped commissions * Performance bonuses and growth opportunities * A positive, high-energy team environment * Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding brand * Training, support, and clear sales systems Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
