LA Fitness Fast Track to Sales Management Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve membership growth targets - Identify and target new market opportunities to expand membership base - Conduct outside sales visits to promote membership benefits and services - Negotiate membership agreements with potential clients - Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members - Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for membership sales Qualifications: - Proven experience in Customer Service - Strong communication skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with non-members - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven to acquire knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Join our team and enjoy competitive compensation, opportunities for career advancement within first 60-90 days, and a supportive work environment.
