JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE The Account Executives primary duty is to promote the company 's products and services through excellent customer service. He/She must be able to work in a fast pace environment, quickly learn a extensive product line, and have proficient computer skills to accurately input information. Applicants must show the ability to work as a team, have good social skills, organized and shows attention to details. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate and qualify leads personally or via phone and email. * Ensure excellent customer service with quick and friendly phone replies. * Assist walk-in clients, and create a excellent customer experience. * Assist with walk-in retail clients, and be familiar with a POS system. * Create and monitor online stores. * Provide the best cost and needs analysis of products for new and existing customers. * Be knowledgeable and up to date with current products and services. * Quickly learn and accurately input job information, into companies operational program.
