As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selections, and driving sales through effective merchandising and upselling strategies. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. * Maintain accurate cash handling practices and perform cashier duties as required. * Demonstrate products to customers through engaging product demos to enhance their shopping experience. * Assist in stocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring the store is well-organized. * Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and address inquiries or concerns. * Employ retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
