GNC is seeking a results-driven Manager, Marketplace Sales to support and manage GNC's wholesale marketplace relationships with third-party partners selling on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other strategic marketplaces. This role is responsible for driving sales performance while protecting and elevating the GNC brand across all partner-managed marketplace environments. This position is evenly split between sales performance management and brand stewardship, serving as the primary internal partner to the third-party marketplace operator. The role plays a critical part in the end-to-end launch and scale of new products, ensuring alignment across pricing, content, inventory, and marketing to deliver a consistent and high-quality consumer experience. What You 'll Do: This is a Full-Time Salary Position The Manager, Marketplace Sales is pivotal to driving sales growth, profitability and an optimized consumer experience across marketplace platforms. * Act as the primary internal point of contact supporting third-party wholesale partners operating GNC products across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and similar marketplaces. * Partner with the third-party operator to drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability while ensuring alignment to GNC's commercial objectives. * Review and validate sales performance, forecasts, and promotional plans provided by the partner. * Leverage partner BI tools and insights to assess trends, identify opportunities, and inform growth strategies. * Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, including KPI tracking and performance reporting. * Serve as a brand steward across all marketplace platforms, ensuring consistency in product content, imagery, copy, pricing, and promotional execution. * Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Legal teams to approve content, claims, and merchandising standards prior to marketplace publication. * Monitor brand compliance and competitive dynamics, proactively addressing risks related to brand dilution, pricing integrity, or consumer perception. * Own the end-to-end marketplace launch process for new products through the third-party partner, from concept approval to post-launch performance optimization. * Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure launch readiness (content, inventory, pricing, promotions, and timing). * Track launch performance, assess scalability, and drive optimization opportunities post-launch. * Maintain and evolve the marketplace KPI scorecard, tracking sales, profitability, availability, content quality, and launch success metrics. * Support the creation of executive leadership materials, including insights, performance summaries, and recommendations. * Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making. * Additional duties as assigned. Environmental Factors & Working Schedule: * Hybrid work environment, 3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely. * Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear * Sedentary work. QUALIFICATIONS: * 5-7+ years of proven experience in sales, eCommerce, digital commerce, marketing, commercialization, or management consulting * Strong understanding of brand management, consumer positioning, competitive dynamics, and market segmentation * Experience managing or partnering with external agencies or vendors, ideally in a marketplace or digital commerce environment * Omnichannel commercial experience preferred (e.g., marketplace, DTC, retail, or integrated digital ecosystems) * Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions * Proficiency with BI tools, dashboards, and performance reporting (e.g., marketplace analytics, Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present insights to leadership * Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Benefits Offerings Benefit Offerings: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Paid Company Life Insurance, 401K program with company match, 30% employee merchandise discount on GNC products & 20% employee discount on 3rd party products, Monthly Free Product Offers, and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
