Join a dynamic sales team as a Direct Store Distribution (DSD) Sales Assistant, supporting the Sales Team and DSD Sales Representative in managing and growing direct store distribution accounts. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with retailers and distributors. The DSD Sales Assistant will play a key part in product delivery, store resets, promotional tracking, and administrative support, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. Responsibilities * Update order sheets for specific product pieces and item numbers as needed * Complete price tag request forms for store resets * Conduct follow-up calls to retailers to confirm resolution of issues identified during quarterly visits * Enter promotions into online portals and communicate via email with retailers and distributors * Review and approve or disapprove promotions for bookkeeping, ensuring deductions from payments are authorized by the sales team * Track promotion spending in spreadsheets by retailer and distributor * Assist with delivery and placement of new products at store locations * Remove products from store shelves as needed, document quantities, and coordinate with the Inside Sales Coordinator for product returns * Support the DSD Sales Representative during store resets and new product placements * Perform additional administrative sales assistant duties as requested Qualifications * Strong organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment * Proficiency with spreadsheets and online portals is a plus * Willingness to assist with in-store product placement and removal as needed Offered compensation: $18/hr - $21/hr Experience and License Requirements * General Sales * Inside Sales
