In-House Sales Representative - Growth Opportunity with Hallmark Program Partner Location: Ashland, Ohio Type: Full-Time | In-Office Are you motivated, confident, and eager to build a long-term career in sales? We're seeking an ambitious In-House Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth across our network of grocery, drug, mass, and gift retailers. As an authorized partner representing the fastest growing Children's Book Publisher and Arts & Crafts Company, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint and introducing exceptional celebration solutions to major retail accounts. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business directly from leadership, gain real-world sales experience, and grow into a high-performing sales professional. Key Responsibilities * Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity, including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. * Build and manage relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers. * Develop product knowledge and deliver compelling sales presentations. * Support account development and territory growth initiatives. * Participate in business travel, trade events, and customer meetings as needed. What We 're Looking For * Bachelor 's degree required or Sales Experience * Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn. * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. * Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new contacts. * Flexible, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. * Willingness to travel occasionally and learn on the road.
