About Ullman 's Ullman 's Health & Beauty is a woman-owned, apothecary-style wellness boutique specializing in loose-leaf teas, supplements, skincare, and curated lifestyle goods. Our customers come to us for_ confident recommendations _, rarely for transactional shopping. The Role This is a high-touch retail sales role focused on guided selling. You will engage customers in conversation, understand their needs, and help them make confident purchasing decisions across multiple product categories. What You'll Do in each of our departments (Lifestyle, Supplements, Tea Cafe) * Engage customers warmly and ask thoughtful questions * Make clear, confident product recommendations * Guide customers toward a purchase (ethical, consultative selling) * Learn products continuously through observation and hands-on experience * Process transactions and help maintain a beautiful store What We're Looking For * Distinct humans who can carry presence with a calm, professional manner. * Strong communication and listening skills. * Comfort guiding customers toward a decision. * Attention to detail and pride in presenting products. Preferred (not required): Experience in boutique or speciality store.
