Our transactions are not successful unless they are thoroughly right for you. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Birmingham, AL. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships, managing property listings, analyzing market trends, and negotiating sales and leases. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining client satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to execute strategic property listing plans. Attention to detail, a results- driven mindset, and a passion for real estate are integral to this position. This is a 1099 Commission role; a salary draw is available to qualified candidates. Qualifications * Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets * Knowledge of real estate markets, market analysis, and property management principles * Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills * Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools for property promotion * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting * Previous real estate sales experience and a valid state real estate license preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage Pay: $30,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
