Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a face to face retail setting and assisting customers with ATT brand product selections. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop high demand skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly in face to face engagement and assist them with ATT brand initiatives. * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits. * Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain attractive merchandise displays. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Assist in supervising team members when applicable, ensuring smooth store operations. Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience a plus but is not required, training is provided. * Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude. * Supervising experience is advantageous but not required. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal skills.
