We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager that will be focused on customer service for our business clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, hard working, and great at forming relationships with clients. Job Description includes: Customer Service: * Customer Phone Calls - questions, endorsements, endorsement quotes, claims, etc * Process Endorsements, Claims, Audits/Audit Disputes, Cancellations, Evidences, Certificates that require endorsements and/or wording * Quote/Bind additional policies & coverages for existing customers New Business Processing: * Review new business policies for accuracy against Producer Quote Sheets & Quotes * Email/Mail New business letters * Submit / Issue Bonds Renewal Processing: * Monitor Expiration Lists to ensure policies are being renewed on a timely basis. * Prepare Applications, Loss Runs, Questionnaires when required * Check renewal pricing for increases * Review renewal policies for accuracy * Type renewal letters/emails * Endorse / Renew Bonds ALL APPLICANTS MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Are you located within 45 minutes of Dickson, TN?
