Caring Life Services, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Marketer in PITTSBURGH to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote Caring Life Services and help expand our Non-Medicare home health business. We need a results-driven, highly motivated individual who can develop and build strong, lasting relationships. As a Home Health Marketer at Caring Life Services, Inc you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, responsible for generating referrals, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth for our home health services. Your strategic approach and passion for healthcare marketing will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care to those in need. Responsibilities: * Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources. * Conducting market analysis; and developing sales strategy, goals, and plans. * Conducting sales calls and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity * Supporting business development activities and helping to establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources. Qualifications: * At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare. * Formal sales training. * Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan. * Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market. * Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical. * The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to network in the community readily. * The ideal candidate will have established MCO relationships.
