Website: [please apply online] IG: [please apply online] Facebook: [please apply online] Duties * Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience * Build strong product knowledge to confidently assist and educate customers * Drive sales through client engagement, styling advice, and product upselling * Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently * Inventory management and stock organization * Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines * Ensure a clean, organized, and premium retail environment * Participate in direct marketing strategies by visiting appropriate events & locations * In-store content creation for marketing * Assist with in-store events, launches, marketing and promotional campaigns * Processing & Fulfillment of Online orders when required * Supervise and support other team members as needed Experience & Requirements * Prior work experience with a fashion apparel brand or fashion retailer. * Prior retail or customer service experience (Fashion or Lifestyle preferred) * Ability to communicate effectively with customers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to operate POS Systems, cash registers and inventory systems efficiently. * Familiarity with processing online orders and working with courier companies * Basic Photography & Videography skills * Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude * Basic math skills for handling transactions * Ability to Multitask * Ability to train team members * Outgoing & friendly personality Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: * Sarasota, FL 34243 (Required) Work Location: In person
