Full description of the position

KELI Labs is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Manager to own and scale the company's sales function. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales lifecycle, strengthening key customer relationships, and developing sales processes that deliver predictable revenue growth. This position is a hands-on sales leadership role. The Sales Manager will personally drive revenue while establishing the systems, visibility, and discipline required to support future team growth and expansion into regulated markets, including aerospace and defense. As a provider of complete solutions, KELI Labs delivers customized calibration services designed to meet highly regulated, mission-critical requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Own and execute the full sales lifecycle, personally generating and closing new business while expanding revenue within existing accounts. * Build, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to support annual and quarterly revenue targets. * Consistently meet or exceed defined annual and quarterly sales goals through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and closing. * Develop strong, consultative relationships with key accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth. * Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within customer organizations and build relationships at multiple levels. * Build, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, CRM usage, and forecasting. * Ensure accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasting to provide leadership with clear, actionable visibility. * Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, and long-term account success. * Serve as a senior sales leader and trusted advisor while supporting the onboarding, mentoring, and development of sales team members as the organization scales. * Support growth within aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries by navigating compliance-driven sales cycles and complex buying environments. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus). * 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience, including new business development. * Demonstrated success generating new leads through outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals). * Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. * Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Must be a resident of Texas (required) * English/Spanish bilingual (a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Please provide a short summary of your B2B Relationship management experience. * Please describe any notable sales accomplishments, distinctions, or awards you have earned.
